Returns and Cancellations
What is your physical (book) refund policy?
- You have thirty (30) days from your order date to return Products for a refund of the purchase price you paid.
- You are responsible for the initial shipping cost and all return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs.
- To be eligible for a full refund:
- Products must be returned in the original shrink-wrap and in saleable condition.
- Use care when packing Products for return shipment. Pack tightly in a sturdy box.
- Returned Products that are damaged upon receipt will not be refunded.
- Products being returned should be insured by you for your protection.

How do I cancel my order? You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Please contact

When will my credit appear on my credit card? Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 to 7 days after we receive your returned item.
